Listing Terms for Facilities
Free listings
We list storage facilities from public business data at no charge. You can claim your listing to correct it.
Featured listings
Featured placement costs $79 per month, billed monthly through Stripe. Your rate is locked for 12 months from signup. Cancel anytime; your listing stays featured until the end of the paid period.
Verification
You must be authorized to represent the facility. We verify by an email at the facility's website domain or a call to its listed phone. We may remove a claim that we believe was made without authority.
Quote requests
Renters' contact details are provided to you only to respond to their storage inquiry. Don't add them to marketing lists without their consent.
Content
You're responsible for photos, prices and links you add. Don't upload images you don't have the right to use. We may remove content that is inaccurate or misleading.
Ranking
Featured listings appear first. Other listings are ordered by our own signals, such as rating and review volume, which you can't buy.
