Privacy Policy
Who we are
Storage Rigs is operated by Vertex Ventures NW LLC. This policy covers storagerigs.com.
What we collect
When you send a quote request we collect your name, email, optional phone, vehicle type and length, start date and message. We collect basic, anonymous usage data (pages viewed, taps on call and directions buttons) to report totals to facilities and improve the site. If analytics or advertising partners are enabled, they may set cookies; see their policies.
How we use it
We send your quote request to the facility you chose. If that facility hasn't claimed its listing, we hold the request and may tell the facility that requests are waiting, without sharing your details until they claim. We don't sell your personal information.
Facility owners
If you claim a listing we keep your email and payment records (payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number).
Retention
We keep quote requests for up to 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your choices
To access or delete your data, reply to any email we've sent you or use the contact address in our emails. California and other state residents have additional rights under their state laws, which we honor.
